It ended with great success a Sanremo the event “Major international regattas – Ior&Rorc Class Meeting and Vela&Sapori”, which saw Confcommercio as the protagonist through stands of many companies and cooking shows by renowned local chefs.
The Vela&Sapori village, visited by a large audience, was also a point of reference for the second edition of the Catering Day for the Culture of Italian Hospitality, the event promoted by FIPE-Confcommercio, the Federation of Public Businesses, with the patronage of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy, the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry, the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Tourism.

– Osteria del Marinaio restaurant – chef Umberto Brancaccio – Paccheri cheese and pepper with red prawn tartare;
– I Birichini Restaurant – chef Nicola Alberti – Citrus fruit risotto with purple prawns and dark chocolate.
