Formulas and recipes in Puglia” (Ed Giazira Scriptures) by Corrado Simone BinettiTeacher and Author of scientific and educational texts and articles and Vice President of the Mathesis of Bari.

Corrado, Simone Binetti was born in Terlizzi. He lives in Bisceglie (BT) and teaches Mathematics at the Hotel Institute of Molfetta (BA). Since 2004 he has been experimenting with educational courses in his classes that aim to enhance motivation in children, presenting his work at sector conferences. For some years he has been collaborating with the national Mathesis, Bari section, of which he has been president since 2021, with articles and training courses aimed at teachers. He has numerous articles to his credit in national and local scientific and popular magazines.
