TERNI Appointment on Tuesday 21 May, at 9am, at the literary café of the municipal library of Terni, we will talk about radical solutions to face the challenges posed by the climate crisis thanks to the conference “The ecological transition for life and civilisation: too little, too late or radical turning point?”.
During the event, which is part of the ASviS 2024 national festival and is organized by the “Pensare il Domani” association, the new “Earth4All” report of the Club of Rome will be presented, created in collaboration with WWF and Legambiente. Illustrating it will be Gianfranco Bologna, journalist and writer, member of the Club of Rome and honorary president of the WWF scientific committee.
The proceedings will be opened by Gianni Di Mattia, head of Legambiente Umbria – Terni. After the greeting from Gilda Giancipoli, director of the regional school office of Umbria, territorial area of Terni,
Giacomo Porrazzini, president of Pensare il Tomorrow will introduce the proceedings, followed by a report by Daniela Pimponi, Legambiente expert.
Among the speeches was that of Sandra Domitriu, president of the Terni student council.
The debate will follow with speeches from school managers, teachers and students. The conclusions are entrusted to Giuseppe Metastasio, head of the school of the Pensare il Tomorrow association.
