Benevento

Meeting in the afternoon in the Sala Angelo Biscardi in Largo Carducci, the institutional table with the participation, on one side, of the
Province of Benevento, with the delegated councilor Carmine Agostinelli, the managers of school buildings, Salvatore Minicozzi, and the PNRR,
Nicola Boccalone, assisted by the officials in charge, and, on the other, the representatives of the secondary schools “Galilei-Vetrone”, “Alberti” and “Giannone”, all insistent in Piazza Risorgimento of the capital, to discuss the necessary relocation plan to implement the programs financed by the PNRR and the EIB for the reconstruction, renovation and energy efficiency of the 3 buildings.
After the meeting last Thursday 16 May during which the Provincial Managers proposed 4 hypotheses for the accommodation
provision of classrooms, laboratories and administrative offices of the 3 institutes in other buildings in the capital, the school governing bodies, as
established, they examined and discussed the different options and illustrated this afternoon the conclusions reached in order to
define in agreement with the Province a shared solution to the removal puzzle. In light of what emerged from today’s debate, in the common sharing of the building program necessary to guarantee safe and efficient schools, weThere is substantial convergence on proposal no. 4 of the Province by two Institutes, the “Alberti” and the “Giannone”; while a further possible solution to the problem is about to be officially advanced to the Province by the “Galilei” which formally decided with its bodies only in the early afternoon of today to be able to continue to use the spaces of the Institute that are still available. Councilor Agostinelli and the managers Minicozzi and Boccalone, having taken note of the communication from “Galilei” and awaiting official communication, reserved the right to evaluate it. The meeting of the institutional table was therefore adjourned to Thursday 30 May at 3.30 pm.
