The shareholders’ meeting of the company met on May 17th Ail “Paolo Rubino” section of Cuneo which approved the 2023 budget and renewed the Board of Directors which will remain in office for the next three years.
The president will still be Anna Rubino as well as the confirmed Fausto Brignone, Alda Cavallo, Stefano Giachino, Francesca Picco, Massimo Volante to whom are added “the new ones” Dario Castellino, Claudia Patrone and Ettore Revello.
“First of all, I thank the members for the trust placed in me and I welcome the new directors into our large AIL family, and I sincerely thank the outgoing ones. Everyone’s contribution is fundamental for our association, to be able to continue to grow and improve further” explains Anna Rubino.
By the end of May the new Council will meet for the first time, to proceed with the appointments within its competence pursuant to the Statute: the two Vice Presidents, the technical-scientific Board, the Treasurer and the Secretary.
