BRINDISI – The procedure has been activated for the appointment of the representatives of the Province of Brindisi within the board of auditors of the investee company Santa Teresa spa and for the appointment of the sole auditor of the same investee company. This was made known by the organisation’s Area 1 manager, Fernanda Prete. All the requirements for the nomination, the necessary documentation, the terms and methods of submitting the application are available on the website of the Province of Brindisi at this link.

The auditors and the auditor remain in office for three financial years and expire on the date of the meeting called for the approval of the budget relating to the third financial year of the office. The aforementioned appointment cannot be conferred on the same person more than twice. The application for candidacy must be received by the Province of Brindisi no later than 6 June 2024.

Applications for participation, drawn up on plain paper and addressed to the president of the Province, must be forwarded exclusively by certified email to the certified email address of the Province of Brindisi: [email protected]. For the validity of the electronic submission, the candidate must, in turn, use a certified electronic mailbox. The address of the sender’s PEC mailbox must necessarily be uniquely attributable to the aspiring candidate.

The deadline for submitting applications is mandatory. Therefore, candidates whose applications arrive after the established deadline will not be admitted to the procedure. The application will be accepted if accompanied by all the required documentation. The integration of missing documents is not permitted.
