The Prosciutto di San Daniele tour arrives in Turin in May. The program of the week of Turin events.
Air of San Daniele it’s not just the lovely festival that the Friulian town organizes in its ham factories in the month of June. It is also a traveling format that visits various Italian cities, including Milan, Turin, Genoa, Rome, Naples and Bari.
The objective is to enhance and make known the San Daniele DOP ham to consumers and operators in the sector, having it tasted cut with a knife or with a slicer.
Born in 2017, the tour has already held more than 250 events, reaching over 40 thousand consumers in its first six editions.
THE TURIN PROGRAM
The initiative arrives this week in Turin, with a full program of events hosted in restaurants, wine bars and taverns.
Thematic evenings are planned featuring dishes created with San Daniele Ham and pairings with selected drinks and wines.

The grocery store
For about twenty years it has been a symbolic place in Piazza Vittorio, multicultural and eclectic, with cocktail bars and products drugmade.
On Monday 20 May at aperitif time it offers its guests a free tasting of San Daniele Ham.
