The medieval ruins of Portesone are back up for auction

The medieval ruins of the village of Portesone are back up for auction, on the hill above Tellaro. A previous procedure, also called by the court of La Spezia and with a starting price of 1.6 million (this is the estimated value of the assets), was abandoned last April; the basic amount established with this new sales notice is 1.2 million. These are thirteen stone artefacts (eleven inside and two outside the ring perimeter of the ancient village; commercial surface area 1,432 square metres), subject to landscape and building protection constraints, which develop in a hilly territorial context of high environmental value , surrounded by olive groves and wooded areas, at an altitude of approximately 140 meters above sea level. Access to the village is exclusively pedestrian via the paths that outline the ring perimeter.
The lot includes agricultural land of approximately 8.6 hectares, mostly falling within the Montemarcello, Magra and Vara Park and almost entirely covered by an olive grove; the land includes two buildings. The auction is scheduled for next July 9th at 9.00 in the auction room of the La Spezia court, on whose website detailed information and documentation are available.
