The Parmaclima wins the Saturday afternoon match and San Marino and UnipolSai Fortitudo Bologna return to the same position in the standings. In the 2-0 on the Big-Mat Bsc Grosseto stands out the performance of Matteo Bocchi who celebrates the “complete game” by suffering just three valid hits and allowing only one base on balls against seven strikeouts to win the duel against the rival Matthias Sireus (5IP, 4H, R, 2BB, K), good at harnessing the ducal attack.
The red and whites knocked in the first inning with the hit of Andrea Sellaroli but a double play of Aloma resolves the situation in favor of the home team who get two men on base in the bottom half, without however taking advantage of it. History repeats itself also in the second attack. It is in the third that Saccardi’s team breaks the deadlock with a single Luis Gonzalez who capitalizes on a leadoff batter’s double Stefano Desimoni. In the fourth Grosseto put an end to a streak of nine consecutive outs with a single from Aloma which was not enough to put Bocchi in difficulty. In the bottom of the sixth, with two outs, Rascal (single) e Shocked (base ball) lengthen the attack for Riccardo Flisi who fixes the 2-0 with a hit to the center.

Three home runs in the first three at-bats and a Gabriele Quattrini (4IP, 2H, BB, 5K) unassailable in the first part of the race allowing the Hotsand Macerata to repeat Friday’s success with the result of 9-6consolidating fourth place in group A.
The start is with a bang for the Marche team: the first batter hits a double along the left line Sebastian Garciaagainst the departing BBC Grosseto Erik Sotoechoes the expected first home run in Serie A by Marco Servidei, who shoots the second pitch of the former Modena pitcher over the fences of the left fielder. A bases loaded fly ball by Leonardo Splendiani and collected on the fly by the left winger Gabriele Chelli sets the 3-0 before the third out. In the second attack the guests hurt the hosts again with the first batter of the inning, Gionni Luciani, who takes Soto for six pitches before hitting the 4-0 home run again into left field. In the third, with the leadoff Jesus Carrera on base, there is also glory for the former MLB and MiLB (long-time) Roger Bernadina which welcomes the new arrival Omar Benelli with his first Italian home run for the provisional 6-0 which, with the bases full, transformed into 8-0 with the hit on Garcia and the sacrifice fly by Servidei while in the fourth inning Manuel Joseph sets the 9-0 with an internal out.
Oberto’s red and whites revived in the bottom of the fifth against Rene Mazzocchi managing to score five points with hits from Filippo Piccini, Freddy Noguera and of Jorge Barcelanwho hit a three-run home run before entering Ion Doba which stops the home team’s attack until the seventh inning where, with two outs, he fills the bases but only concedes one run on a wild pitch.
