“On the timing of the procedure, ASL Bat, as the contracting authority, has communicated that within 10 days they will sign the contractual appendix with the designers.
From the formalization, the 90 days that the Rup will impose on the designers for their obligations will start.

“As we know, the commission meeting was held on May 6th. Today we are on May 18th.
The 10 days have well passed. Since there was no communication, we wonder if, as stated, the general management of ASL-BAT proceeded with the signing of the contractual appendix with the designers. Compliance is of vital importance for the continuation of the administrative process within the expected timescales. We therefore ask that the management of the ASL officially communicate to the city community the fulfillment of the commitment made on 6/5/2024.
