He threatens, mocks and attacks a contractor demanding payment for the work. This happened in Foggia, where the attacker was sent to trial for the crime of arbitrary exercise of one’s rights with violence against the person.
The victim of the incident is a local businessman, the offended and damaged party, “since with multiple executive acts of the same criminal plan”the suspect, “in order to exercise a claimed right, he arbitrarily prevailed by using threats, in particular in demanding the payment of sums of money for work performed for the client and attacked him with slaps on the back”.
Sued by the businessman for the beatings and for any other recognizable crime, the prosecutor Rossella Pensa entered the subject in the register for the crime of attempted extortion, then recourse to arbitrary exercise of one’s rights with violence against the person. The particularly serious thing about the story is that the guy, on several occasions, told third parties why they should report it “… that I have to get the Christians involved…”alluding – given the ‘context’ – to heavy retaliation.
