On Sunday the “assault” of people on the terraces of the former pizzeria da Felice, today the beginning of a fire in La Lampara. In the space of three days we witness helplessly in the face of the consequences of a multi-year state of abandonment of two buildings steeped in history and owned by the municipality.
The inexcusable carelessness and negligence in the management of real estate assets is a source of tax liability.
This is the principle reiterated by the Court of Auditors, section. jur. Campania, with sentence no. 130 filed on March 31, 2017.
At this point it is legitimate to ask whether there is a fiscal damage resulting from the poor management of the institution’s real estate assets? Have access passes been given to ordinary people also for the terrace of the former pizzeria da Felice?
A photograph is circulating on social media which portrays many people on the day of the Air Show on “Le terraces sul mare” in the square of Colonna (for example the former pizzeria da Felice).
Starting from the assumption that this is a property owned by the municipality which has been closed for several years now and among other things the subject of several unsuccessful tenders for the moment, I wonder how it was possible to access it?
Who authorized access?
By what criteria? Who was responsible for the safety of the people since we don’t know what the state of the art of the structures is given the closure of the places?
If all those people climbed onto the property illegally, is it possible that no one intervened?
