Fake invoices, Chinese entrepreneur owner of supermarkets in Brescia and Monza arrested

A 50 year old Chinese resident in Brescia is in prison and his business partner, a compatriot of the same age, is in the House arrest on the basis of an order issued by the Court of Monza following an investigation by the Financial Police.

Chen Wen Xuknown in Brescia as Sandro, owner of 14 outlets of the Aumai supermarket chain between Brescia and Brianzawould have constituted paper companies in order to generate false invoices for its supermarkets and thus evade taxes. In 2018 was won at auction a branch of the Carnevali company, without however managing to relaunch it.

In the two years of investigation the Finance has ascertained fictitious operations for 20 million euros which caused a tax evasion for 6 million euros. Two other collaborators of theirs, active in the province of Brescia, have been hit by the measure of the ban on economic activity and are also banned from leaving the country.
Searches are underway, including with the use of cash dogs, dogs specialized in finding money, to seize goods and money to reach the 6 million of the alleged tax evasion.
