the Municipality is looking for three administrative instructors

New public competition in Benevento. The Municipality hires three full-time and permanent staff in the instructors area, with a professional profile of ‘Administrative instructor’former category C.

The Administrative Instructor manages the administrative and accounting processes, too
complex, in the different areas of intervention of the organisation. It can also carry out activities such as: Management of front office services with internal and external users; issuing certifications and documents; organisation, conservation and management of the municipality’s documentary heritage; investigation of administrative proceedings and preparation of the related documents. The professional role entails possession of the specific knowledge and technical skills listed below: comprehensive theoretical knowledge of a legal, administrative and accounting nature; good knowledge of the rules and regulations regarding the service to which they belong; good knowledge of the technical-administrative processes for providing services; good computer skills for the use of Office package programs, e-mail and for the use of specific management software and IT portals for the transmission and publication of data.

Specific requirements to participate: possession of a secondary school diploma. The requests they must be submitted, under penalty of exclusion, by 11.59pm on the day June 13, 2024.

If more than 150 applications are received, there will be a pre-selection test, lasting one hour, which will consist of the administration of a series of 60 multiple choice questions.

The first 40 candidates (and candidates with the same score in the last available score) will be admitted to the subsequent written test and a possible oral one.

The exam subjects: Legislation regarding public contracts (tenders and concessions for works, services and supplies, award methods, procedures, planning, etc.) – public contracts code; Regulations on the protection of health and safety in the workplace pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 81/2008 and subsequent amendments; Notions on the organization of Local Authorities (Legislative Decree 267/00 and subsequent amendments); Code of conduct for public employees (Presidential Decree 62/2013 and subsequent amendments); Elements of criminal law with particular reference to crimes against public administration; General principles and rules of administrative activity, administrative procedure, privacy, transparency and access (Law 241/1990, Legislative Decree 33/2013, Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments); General principles and notions regarding the organization of work employed by public administrations, with particular reference to the employees of local authorities (Legislative Decree 165/01 and subsequent amendments) and elements relating to the current CCNL Local Functions; Anti-corruption legislation; Legislation regarding the processing of personal data; Elements of Administrative Law; Notions on the financial and accounting system of local authorities and new harmonized accounting of local authorities (legislative decree 23 June 2011, no. 118 “Provisions regarding the harmonization of accounting systems and budget schemes of the regions and local authorities and their organisms”); Notions of computer science, with use of the main writing, spreadsheet and drawing programs; Basic knowledge of the English language.
