Myriam Catania and the love story with Luca Argentero
Before meeting Quentin Kammermann, Myriam Catania lived a great love story with Luca Argentero. The two got married in 2009 after 5 years of engagement but broke up in 2016. Now she thinks back with great affection to that period of her life and as a guest on TV by Caterina Balivo she says of her ex: “Now he lives in the North, I I had brought it to Rome. They were the best years of my life. It’s a bit of a closed chapter but I keep good memories.”

Myriam Catania also reveals how Luca Argentero was fundamental in a difficult period of her life. “I was returning from a singing lesson in the period in which I was filming America’s Uncle, I had to write a song. I was on a scooter, I don’t remember exactly the dynamics but I only know that I woke up a month later” Myriam said, recalling the accident that occurred in Rome when he was 27 years old. She had many facial fractures and was in a medically induced coma for many days. “I felt miraculous. It was a year’s break, I dedicated myself to myself. I rediscovered the meaning of life” added Myriam Catania. On TV, her mother Rossella Izzo, Simona Izzo’s sister, also talks about the story that happened to her daughter and remembers how precious Luca Argentero was for Myriam. “Luca waited for almost ten days in the hospital and remained outside all the time. Myriam asked him: ‘Are you waiting for me?’ And he replied: ‘All my life’ – said Rossella Izzo – He was very dear, very affectionate. He was close to her in an incredible way, I think he contributed to Myriam’s recovery because love heals.”

Myriam Catania has been a couple with Quentin Kammermann for eight years. “I met him in Spain and it was love at first sight. After six months, maybe even less, I was pregnant – said Myriam – He is a digital designer, he stays here, then goes back to France for a month and so on”. They live a long-distance love, but it works very well. “He is much more like me than my ex-husband” specified Myriam Catania.
