Young universities, Sant’Anna in the top 20

There Sant’Anna High Schoolclimbs the world ranking of “young universities”, those founded less than 50 years ago, and he placed 13th gaining six positions from the 2023 ranking, it rises to 7th place in the ranking of European universities And consolidates its primacy among Italian universities.

This ranking is drawn up by Times Higher Education across the Times Higher Education Young University Rankings. This year’s results from the Sant’Anna School are the result of a calculation that has seen the competitiveness of the world scenario regarding young universities rise, which has risen from 605 in 2023 to 673 in 2024.

The rigorous and precise parameters used to draw up the rankings are relative to training,
research, international opening, technology transferand impact on society. Most of the study institutions present in the prominent positions of the rankings, which are 79 in total, are Asian universities and specifically Hong Kong.
