Between the required requirements in addition to Italian citizenship and the enjoyment of civil rights, there is a three-year degree (L) in the following degree classes or equivalent qualification: Legal Services Sciences (L-14), Administration and Organization Sciences (L-16 ), Economics and business management sciences (L-18), Educational and training sciences (L-19), Psychological sciences and techniques (L-24), Economic sciences (L-33), Political sciences and of international relations (L-36), Sociology (L-40).

Or again the bachelor’s degree in law, economics and commerce, psychology, educational sciences, primary education sciences, political sciences, sociology, obtained according to the study system in force prior to Ministerial Decree no. 509/99 or equivalent title by law.
Or specialist or master’s degree equivalent to the aforementioned degree diplomas as established by the interministerial decree of 9 July 2009.
