He demands to eat and drink without paying, punches the owner, verbally attacks those present, lashes out at the officers and damages the place: man arrested by the State Police.

In the late afternoon of May 14, the Rimini State Police arrested an Italian boy for the crime of attempted robbery and resisting a public official and reported him for possession of weapons or objects capable of offending, aggravated damage, violation of the DACUR (prohibition of access to public establishments) in the Rimini area and personal injuries.

At approximately 7.00 pm, a State Police patrol car intervened in Via Castelfidardo, as the emergency number 112 – NUE received a call from the owner of a restaurant business reporting that he had been verbally and physically attacked by a customer, who had ordered him to deliver a pizza and a beer without paying.

When the owner refused, the boy hit him in the face with a fist and started throwing chairs and tables in the restaurant to the ground, also endangering the customers present in the pizzeria. If that wasn’t enough, he grabbed a glass bottle and threw it against the window of the restaurant, damaging it, and threatening those present who, in the meantime, had to lock themselves inside the pizzeria for safety.

Once on site, the police stopped the boy who was clearly in a state of agitation, lashing out at the officers who, with quite a bit of effort, managed to contain him and get him into the company car.

Once the immediate hearing was concluded, the arrest was validated and the measure of precautionary custody in prison was applied.
