The General Assembly of Confagricoltura Agrigento has unanimously and by acclamation reconfirmed Rosario Marchese Ragona as head of the Provincial Union for the four-year period 2024-2028. The Assembly expressed “full confidence” in the outgoing president, recognizing his “leadership qualities, entrepreneurial and trade union experience, as well as his ability to best represent the interests of Agrigento’s agricultural companies”.
Confagricoltura Agrigento has renewed its trust in Rosario Marchese Ragona because, “with his tireless work in the regional political-trade union panorama, he has demonstrated that he knows how to interact with the Sicilian institutions in a proactive, attentive and respectful way, carrying out the best possible requests and proposals of the agricultural entrepreneurial fabric and giving prestige to the entire organization through numerous initiatives and fruitful discussions”.
Giovanni Giglia, Alfredo Quignones and Ignazio Vassallo were elected as vice-presidents, and Salvatore Vita as honorary president, thus completing the top team of Confagricoltura Agrigento for the next four years.
