The lawyer Mansi, Peppino, as he loved to be called, in the long years of political militancy, gave particular prestige not only to our movement but also to the municipal institution which he served with extreme zeal and humanity, through his innate legal competence, in addition to his great political and civil passion that distinguished him.
Our warmest thoughts go to the family.”

How we met you. With your wealth of experience and the internal signs of life’s trials.
There suffering and death can erase or deform a person’s physical features, not what has been.
In a few hours the city council will meet, the one you lived through for so many years; the one through which you too have tried, over time, to make a contribution to try to improve this City.
And it is right to thank you for your energy and time. Almost never appreciated by those outside, as you often underlined.
You too have experienced the fatigue, the difficulty of making a choice. But never surrender.
Here, entering the city council, after your funeral, it will still seem like we can see you among those benches, albeit politically opposed, exercising your duty towards the Community with human correctness.
