The Messina Polyclinic has announced a competition for graduated administrative assistants.
The public selection involves the coverage of 10 jobs through hiring a indefinite period.

REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED
They can participate in the competition for graduates of the “G. University Hospital”. Martino” (Policlinico) of Messina, candidates in possession of the general requirements for access to public competitions, namely:
- Italian citizenship or one of the European Union countries or other categories indicated in the announcement;
- psycho-physical fitness;
- enjoyment of civil and political rights;
- not having been dismissed or released from a job in the Public Administration due to persistent insufficient performance, not having been declared forfeited from a state job.
To participate in the selection, the Secondary school diploma.
Please note that the competition operates reserve of 3 places in favor of FF.AA volunteers.
HOW THE SELECTION MAKES PLACE
The Commission, in relation to the number of candidates, may precede the exams with one preselection.
Subsequently the candidates will be selected on the basis of valuation of securities and three exams: one written, one practical and one oral.
The written test will consist of carrying out a multiple choice or open test.
The practical test will consist of the execution of specific techniques or the drafting of documents related to the competition profile.
The oral test will focus on topics related to the profile in competition and on verifying knowledge of the English language and the most common IT applications.
This public selection complies with the new rules set out in the public competition regulations.
HOW TO SUBMIT THE APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION
The application for participation in the competition for graduate administrators announced by the Messina Polyclinic must be submitted via telematic procedureby connecting to this page, by June 14, 2024.
To be admitted to the competition, you are required to have your own address certified email (PEC). Anyone who doesn’t have one can read in this article how to get one in just 30 minutes, from home.
Candidates must also pay the competition fee €10.00.
