Azione Trani asks the general secretary of the Municipality of Trani, Dr. Francesco Lazzaro to clarify some municipal measures that are adopted and which involve local administrators, to cancel the tender for sports facilities because it is flawed in form and content and due to obvious favoritism on the part of the sports councilor.

the political group Action Trani wants to make you aware of some unfortunate and irregular situations implemented by this municipal administration in this last period.
On May 16th the envelopes with the economic offers presented by the participants in the tender for the assignment of the sports facilities of Trani will be opened.
Despite the anomalies highlighted by the political movement Azione Trani, nothing was taken into consideration for the purposes of canceling the tender for the awarding of the sports facilities.
First of all, the Azione Trani group invites you to cancel the tender for the sports facilities with immediate effect as it is flawed in form and content and due to obvious and demonstrable favoritism on the part of the sports councilor Leo Amoruso listed below:
A group of companies created exclusively to obtain the maximum score deriving from the requirements required by the tender itself participates in the tender: specifically, Soccer Trani made use of the ASD Trani calcio a 5 to obtain the 5 points for the previous management of sports facilities and Rugby Bisceglie to obtain the 10 points given by the club’s participation in a national championship.
All these strange coincidences, I believe, raise some doubts;
In our opinion, the notice was drawn up ad hoc for this temporary grouping of sports clubs which was formed before the tender was written:
In the tender notice, the successful tenderer will have to redo the synthetic pitch. Therefore it will still be unusable for some time, thus creating considerable inconvenience for the city’s football teams who will still be forced to play on other nearby fields.
And in the meantime, the successful company will continue to receive the municipal contribution without providing the city with the service.
The stadium is currently unusable because the playing field was made impassable by a strange poisoning which favored the Municipality’s decision to make it synthetic to allow BAT rugby, the parent company of Bisceglie rugby, to be played.
A dual-purpose football/rugby stadium exponentially reduces the spaces for Trani’s football clubs and disqualifies our beloved stadium, because with this new status it could no longer be approved for professional football categories.
The history of football is washed with a sponge.
Since we cannot have a professional championship, no entrepreneur will ever come to invest in football and therefore there will be no economic and promotional return for the city as happened in the past with the professional Serie B and Serie C.
the stadium is currently unusable therefore it seems useless to us to give it under management.
the participating companies, as per the tender requirement, have attached the project of the synthetic field that Azione Trani and the whole city would like to see as the successful company will receive an economic contribution to create the same;
Furthermore, it would be appropriate to make known what the participating companies would like to do for the sports facilities.
Why does management last 10 years only for the stadium and sports hall?
Perhaps because some administrators – hidden presidents want the winning companies to be able to manage the sports facility for another two legislatures?
We also ask you to clarify urbanization charges.
Who signed the agreement relating to the premises acquired to settle the debt owed by the construction company;
Who will these places go to?
To the usual associations linked to political figures within the municipal administration?
We invite you to also clarify the STP issue, given that nothing is clear about the links between Trani and Bari.
In particular, Azione Trani wants to know why Sandro Cataldo, recently arrested, participated in STP meetings, who allowed him to do so and why?
Questions that Azione Trani asks you so that clarity can be clarified in the interest of the city and its citizens. Otherwise someone will have to take responsibility for him.
