In recent days, the Agents of the Latina Traffic Police Section were inspecting a road construction site not reported according to the law on the Picarello provincial road.
During the verification of the regularity of the construction site, the police noticed that the driver of the tractor employed in mowing work on the dock had difficulty managing the vehicle risking ending up in the adjacent ditch.
Therefore he was invited to stop marching also in order to avoid any accidents.
From the findings of the checks it emerged that the driver of the tractor equipped with a shredder, he had never obtained the necessary driving license.
Therefore they came high fines of €6,450, for driving without a licence, for careless entrustment of the vehicle and for installation without prior notification of the road construction site in addition to the administrative detention of the vehicle.
