“The regional school office for the Veneto and the territorial area office of Rovigo, together with the other territorial areas, are an overall unit”. With these words Marco Bussetti, USR director for Veneto, addressed yesterday the staff of the Rovigo UAT, around thirty administrators and teachers who follow the schools of the entire province in relation to the competitions, the entry role of the teachers, administrative management and various other needs of schools. Once upon a time it was called the district authority, today the name refers more precisely to the territory.
The Rovigo Uat is directed by Roberto Natale, who, welcoming the director of the headquarters in via Don Giovanni Minzoni, thanked the attention of the general director who, since September, after his arrival in the Veneto, has not failed to visit and support the various territorial offices.
The Rovigo area hosts 4% of Veneto students, but has excellent institutes, so much so that the results of Invalsi are extremely positive and 17.5% of students, at the end of their secondary school course, achieve a grade above 90 cents.
At the end of the visit, all the staff met with the director, who during the final farewell insisted on the need to join forces in order to improve the service for Venetian schools. Subsequent meetings took place at the Cpia in Rovigo.
