The regional operations room issued a‘yellow weather alert for hydrogeological risk and strong thunderstorms on the Tuscany central-northern from 6am tomorrow Thursday 16 May until 8pm. During today, showers or short thunderstorms will be possible in the internal areas of the region, more likely close to and on the Apennine mountains. Tomorrow, the weather will be very unstable with the possibility of intense rain or thunderstorms, locally strong, in the central-northern areas (also possible on the coast in the morning) with occasional hailstorms and gusts of wind. Cumulative averages around 10-15mm, maximums up to 30-50mm during the most intense storms.
