The complaint
It all happened after the girl left school, on the second day the schools were open after the summer break. The fifteen-year-old attends school in Forlì and the meeting took place on the return journey from Ravenna. The 63-year-old initially approached her with the excuse of offering her a joint, but she refused him. Once they got on her bus, the man took a seat next to her and then groped and kissed her during the long journey to Ravenna. A few days after the events reported, the girl, together with her friends, had once again encountered her molester, so much so that an argument even broke out between the sixty-three-year-old and one of his friends who had made the man run away followed by one of the friends of the young woman, who with her family joined the civil action defended by the lawyer Maria Grazia Russo.
