There are two events organized by the FAI, the Italian Environment Fund, to experience and discover a heritage of places in a different and active way, through sharing experiences.
At the Kolymbethra Garden in Agrigento, Saturday 18 May, the “Biodiversity Walks”: a mindtrek path, a practice that combines the disciplines of mindfulness and trekking, to visit and experience the Garden in an exclusive way.
The tour is led by Antonino Dinolfo, Marcello Mira, Agata Romeo. Comfortable clothing and gym mat are required. Appointment at 8.00 at Porta V with an FAI operator, conclusion at 10.30, after a rich tasting of jams produced with the fruits of the Garden.
Sunday 19 May, from 10.00 to 13.00, appointment with the “Olympics of forgotten games”, now in its third edition. Bowls, tug of war and hopscotch re-emerge from memory, to have fun in exciting tournaments, where instead of competition, emotions, memories, the possibility of getting away from cell phones and computers and being together, adults and children, are brought into play. , to rediscover the strength of conviviality.
A healthy and delicious snack prepared with products from the Garden is also planned for Sunday.
