Adalgisa Gamba, the mother accused of voluntary and premeditated murder, she was declared incapable of understanding and wanting from yet another appraisal, the last ordered by the judges of the Assize Court of Naples. Formed as a civil party with the lawyer Luigi Ulacco, the child’s father asks for justice, at the end of the hearing during which the three consultants of the judges, professors Giuseppe Sartori, Pietro Pietrini and Stefani Ferracuti, testified.

«I will spend my life to give justice to my son – said father Elio – and I thank the Prosecutor’s Office of Torre Annunziata for the great effort it is making. She (Adalgisa Gamba) had never wanted that child. She wanted to fake an accident and continue living normally. She faked everything, that’s a voluntary act, he didn’t want a son. She waited until I left the house to pick up the child and take him to the beach. She would never have taken the child to the park on January 2nd, in the evening. She is a monster, he is not a victim. The victim was only my son, whose life was taken at the age of two and a half.”
