A 16-year-old stopped in Varcaturo leaves Qualiano with a truncheon. The Carabinieri of the Giugliano company in Campania have searched the streets of the coast north of Naples as part of the services to prevent thefts in the area.
During the operations, a 16-year-old from Qualiano was stopped aboard his scooter. Under the seat is a 48 centimeter long truncheon. The minor was reported and entrusted to his parents.
However, three adults were reported. The first was found with 8 grams of marijuana divided into doses while the other 2 were driving while intoxicated. There was no shortage of road code checks – 3 fines for driving without a helmet, 10 for driving without insurance, 3 for driving without an inspection and 7 for driving without a license – for a total of 45 thousand euros. The checks will continue in the next few days.
