New alert weather forecast in Emilia Romagna for storms and river floods. The warning, code yellow, is valid for tomorrow, May 16, and has been issued by the regional civil protection, based on Arpae forecasts. For Thursday 16 May, we read in the bulletin, “Even strong thunderstorms are expected in the second part of the day, more likely in lowland areas, with possible associated effects and damage. Thunderstorm precipitation could cause rapid increases in hydrometric levels in the tributaries of the western plain, with possible exceeding of threshold 1“.
