Enhance the cultural heritage of Lampedusa, agreement signed between the Valle dei Templi park and the Visioni d’Autore Foundation

The Partnership Agreement has been stipulated between the Archaeological and Landscape Park of the Valley of the Temples of Agrigento and the Visioni d’Autore Foundation, for the management and valorisation of cultural heritage in Lampedusa. The Park Director, Roberto Sciarratta, and the Foundation President, Rosangela Mannino, signed the agreement. Luca Siragusa and Andrea Pavia also participated in the meeting, who together constitute Pelagies, the ATS which will unite the Fondazione Visioni d’Autore Mannino Rosangela Sirio Ets and the Lampedusa Tourist Hub, in the management of the Archaeological Museum of the Pelagie, Dammuso Grande of Casa Teresa, archaeological areas of Cala Salina, Piazza Brignone and the early Christian necropolis of Cala Palme. Present for the Park were the archaeologist Maria Concetta Parello and the engineer Salvatore Pace, members, together with the Director Sciarratta, of the Technical Committee for the promotion and monitoring of the agreement.
This important step marks a joint commitment to promote and preserve the region’s rich cultural heritage, making Lampedusa a national and international tourist attraction.
