SAN VITTORIA IN MATENANO (FERMO) – La Meratese Social Band enchanted the audience Santa Vittoria in Matenanoin the province of Fermo, with an unforgettable performance at the Teatro Leone, a jewel of Italian theatrical architecture and the group was led by Pierpaolo Arlati.
Under the guidance of conductor Marcello Corti, the band from Merate gave the spectators present an evening of extraordinary and engaging music. The musical program presented an excellent selection of songs, including the “Variations on the Laments theme” Of Luciano Feliciania tribute to the culture of the Marche region, “The Wind of Changes” Of Randall Standridgeand a selection from the soundtrack of the musical “Les Miserables“, which thrilled and involved the public. Sitting in the audience too Guido Bertolaso, Welfare Councilor of the Lombardy Region and until 2010 Civil Protection Department of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.

Marcello Corti, the director of the Banda Sociale Meratese, brings with him a rich experience in the world of music and orchestral direction. Since 2011, Marcello has been working with the Banda Sociale Meratese directing both the senior and junior groups.
