Two intoxicated people it is the balance sheet of a fire occurred at Zodiac shopping center on Via Nettunense, in the province of Rome. The fire broke out today, Tuesday 14 May, just before 8am. The alert to the Single Emergency Number 112 came from the area outside the tunnel which is located in the Zodiaco, the neighborhood of Lavinio, one of the hamlets of the Municipality of Anzio. Fortunately neither of the two people is serious: they have accused gods sickness and burning in the throat and eyes. The two were treated in hospital and released.

According to information learned at the time of the incident, visitors were walking among the shop windows of the center looking for purchases. Suddenly, for reasons still unknown and under investigation, a fire occurred which affected the electrical cabinet of the Zodiac. It is not clear who or what caused it but it involved two of the people in the area.
The firefighters of the Provincial Command of Rome, team 23 of the Anzio detachment, intervened on site. The firefighters immediately started extinguishing operations. The intervention on the electrical substation was resolved in a short time and the fire brigade team returned to the premises after an hour. During the intervention of the firefighters, the shopping center was not evacuated, which continued to be open regularly for tourists and traders.
