Turin. Ricchi e Poveri tour preview at the Colosseum Theatre

Ricchi e Poveri filled the Colosseo Theater in Turin on 13 May 2024: Angela Brambati and Angelo Sotgiu enchanted audiences of all ages with their songs.

A new tour for the timeless Ricchi e Poveri, preceded by a preview with four theatrical dates which began in Milan with a sold out and continued on Monday 13 May on the stage of the Teatro Colosseo in Turin.

The return to Sanremo

Present at the last Sanremo Festival with the song “But not all of life” have returned to tour (using the title of the same name) to the delight of their fans and because the members

Gold and platinum album track

With this song they ranked twenty-first, returning to the prestigious Festival after thirty-two years of absence, they found great success among young people and consequently the song was certified first Gold and then Platinum.

There would be a lot to write about this long-lived group since their birth way back in 1967, everyone knows them (not only in our country, thanks to tours all over the world) and over the years they have been appreciated for their friendliness and for the songs that in everyday life they come to mind and maybe we even sing.

In memory of Franco Gatti

Songs like “Maybe it’s because I love you”, “Mother Mary”, “What will be”, “Love song” are and will always remain current also in the memory of the other member Franco Gatti (vocals, keyboards, guitar) who decided to leave the group in 2016 following the premature death of his son and then passed away at the end of 2022 at the age of eighty .

A very intimate and confidential evening was presented at the Colosseum Theater, sold out with the participation of many young people, Angela and Angelo retraced the amazing career of the group (which also included Marina Occhiena) presenting an accurate lineup capable of satisfying everything the public with songs taken from the thirty albums published during their career and which allowed them to sell over twenty-two million copies.
