Brescia breeder, 27 years old, takes over from Giacomo Lussignoli who led the consortium for almost a quarter of a century
Giovanni Martinelli is the new president of Condifesa North-East Lombardy: takes the place of Giacomo Lussignoli, who in the assembly of last April 29th announced his decision not to run again after 24 years at the helm of the condifesa. Originally from Borgo San Giacomo, in the province of Brescia, where he manages the Palasì family farm, a dairy cattle farm with 250 animals and a robotic milking system, Martinelli is 37 years old and is also vice-president of Aral (Regional Breeders’ Association of Lombardy), of Coldiretti Brescia and of the Giardino di Orzivecchi social dairy.
The new president was elected by acclamation by the new council, composed of Francesco Averoldi, Rossano Bellettati, Mauro Belloli, Elisabetta Bertuzzi, Amadio Caldera, Antonio Ciappesoni, Francesco Econimo, Giuseppe Kron Morelli, Massimo Motti, Bruno Pagani, Giacomo Sala, Mauro Sandrini , Ottorino Scalvini, Angelo Valtulini, Martina Vicini, Gianfranco Zaninelli.
