TERAMO. Looking at the photograph that the parents chose to put on the funeral poster hurts even more. It seems impossible that a child with the sunny smile and joyful look he had should have passed away so soon Riccardo Clementoni. The little Teramo boy was overcome by a very serious illness at the age of five. Her parents did everything to defeat her, entrusting their son to the best specialists in Italy, but unfortunately to no avail.
Riccardo passed away on Saturday morning and his funeral will be celebrated today at 3pm in the Sacred Heart church in via Pannella. The child’s parents are known both in Teramo and in Val Vibrata. His mother Arianna is a midwife at the Mazzini hospital, his father Stefano works in the management of network systems at Proel, the Sant’Omero company that exports music equipment all over the world. The message that Arianna and Stefano wanted to leave their son on the funeral poster is moving: “Eternally yours, eternally ours, eternally us”. Six words that say how it will be impossible for both of them to forget their little one.
Riccardo attended the nursery school of the Piccola Casa di Santa Maria Aprutina, which on Saturday released the following message on Facebook: “On Monday 13 May the Piccola casa will close at 2pm to allow everyone to be close to the family of little Riccardo Clementoni”. There was no shortage of condolence messages from the mayor Gianguido D’Alberto, who wrote: “My community has been struck by tragedy. We sympathize with the immense pain that Riccardo’s parents are feeling.”(red.te)
