On Thursday 9 May, accompanied by maestro Gesualdo Dinaro, Cloe Carbone, at just 13 years old, participated in the 2024 Italian Championships, debuting her first match against her Campania opponent Tartarone Jasmine.
Already from the first round Cloe demonstrated that she has plenty of grit and courage, not letting herself be intimidated by the difference in height to the advantage of her opponent. The second round was intense and saw the young boxer from Ravenna land effective blows, keeping a high pace and looking for close combat. Unfortunately, however, at the beginning of the third round the match between the two athletes had to be interrupted due to an injury to little Cloe’s arm, which resulted in the inevitable victory for the opponent. Thus ends the first unforgettable experience at the Italian Championships for Cloe Carbone, who returns home satisfied with her performance and ready for the next challenges.
