RAGUSA – The death of a 40-year-old, found dead last night, is still a mystery in his home in via Manenti in Scicli (Ragusa).

They arrived at the house in via Manenti in Scicli at 1.45pm the Ris carabinieri were called to try to reveal the cause of death Joseph Octavianthe 40-year-old from Scicli, found dead last night in his home in still mysterious circumstances.
The police investigations began from the stairs, where there appears to be traces of blood and will continue to the bedroom where the man’s body was found. The area adjacent to the house is closed off and monitored by the military personnel, coordinated by the Commander of the Modica company, Francesco Zangla. On the victim’s body there were wounds to the face, head and nose.
The hypotheses to be examined
Blood on the walls of the house would suggest the presence of several people in the house at the time of the man’s injury, which later proved fatal. According to some stories from neighbors Ottaviano parked his Audi Q3 on Saturday night and never came out again. Last night some of the man’s relatives turned to the police who discovered the body.
The Ragusa Prosecutor’s Office will arrange the autopsy and the related toxicological tests. The investigations are coordinated by the deputy prosecutor Silvia Giarrizzo who entrusted the role of medical examiner to doctor Giuseppe Algieri.
