The Valle d’Aosta Cycling Tour It blows out 60 candles and does so with an edition that promises to be highly technical. The best Under 23s meet in our region from 17 to 21 July 2024 for five stages that will involve also France and Piedmont.

“The sixty years of our race are a very important milestone and, therefore, they should have been celebrated in the best possible way,” declared the President of the Valle d’Aosta Cycling Society Riccardo Moret. “We have therefore set up five stages with high technical and spectacular contents which will touch the territories of the Aosta Valley, Piedmont and France, confirming the international scope of the event. It will be a “historic” edition and there will certainly be no shortage of surprises.”

The debut will be Wednesday 17 July, on French roads, with the departure from Saint Gervais Mont Blanc and the uphill finish at Passy (Plaine Joux). The following day, Thursday 18 July, we will return to Valle d’Aosta with the fraction that will start from Verrès and will end, crossing the border into nearby Piedmont, in Borgofranco d’Ivrea. Friday 19 July, however, will be the turn of the stage starting from Sarre and arrive uphill at Pré Saint Didier (Verrand). The “key” stage will then be represented by Saint VincentAyas (Champoluc), scheduled for Saturday 20 July. Conclusion, finally, on Sunday 21 July with the ValtournencheBreuil Cervinia.
