The Community Paediatrics of Forlì has received a gift of new books which will increase the small library present in the waiting room of the headquarters in Via Colombo 11, in Forlì, from the EmozionArti Association of Mesola (FE), which promotes social, recreational and literary activities.
The donation was possible thanks to a project promoted by the company in support of healthcare facilities involved in protecting the health of children and young people, which resulted in the organization of a solidarity collection in favor of the pediatric area of the AUSL of Romagna The Director of the Women’s and Child Health Unit of Forlì, Dr. Giovanna Rita Indorato and the members of the EmozionArti Association were present at the delivery and thanksgiving ceremony.
“As health workers who work welcoming families, pregnant women and children of all age groups – declares Dr. Giovanna Rita Indorato – we firmly believe in the importance of reading from the first days of the child’s life and in all age groups. Often, in our free moments, we ourselves stop to read something to the children to encourage this good practice. We are deeply grateful to the young and enterprising members of EmozionArti for this gesture of solidarity and strong social value”.
