Journalists in the chair, at the San Rocco Auditorium, for the study and training conference promoted by Nazareno social cooperatives and the Order of Journalists of Emilia-Romagna on the theme “La Bella Carità”, as part of the 26th edition of the Festival International of Different Abilities underway between Carpi, Bologna, Sassuolo and Correggio. After the welcoming address given to the conference by the councilor for Social Services of the Municipality of Carpi, Tamara Calzolarithere were numerous speakers who tried to explain the theme of the meeting, which was in turn included in the framework of the common thread that characterizes the 2024 Festival of the Nazareno social cooperatives: “The beauty that recreates”.
These are the topics covered in the conference: “The mysterious embrace between pain and hope”, Emanuel Exitu (director and author of the book “What hope is made of”); “Giving voice to the voiceless. A profession, a mission and a vocation”, Francesco Zanotti (journalist, director of the “Corriere Cesenate” and President of UCSI Emilia – Romagna); “Border Charity”, Francesco Zanuttin (Italian Projects coordinator of the DonK Humanitarian Medicine Odv of Trieste, an organization that offers free specialized healthcare to support migrants, the homeless and all those who do not have access to the National Health System); “Man is greater than his sin”, Giorgio Pieri (responsible for the “CEC” Project – Community educating with prisoners – of the Pope John XXIII Community); “In search of good-being”, Nelson Bova (RAI journalist, former president of a non-profit organization, has been involved in volunteering and solidarity in Emilia-Romagna for twenty-five years); “The beauty of charity”, Alberto Lazzarini (journalist, vice president of ODG Emilia-Romagna); “The daily work of operators with fragile people”, Magda Gilioli (journalist, Nazarene Festival press office): The work has concluded Sergio Zinipresident of Nazareno social cooperatives.
