The 70 years of the Italian Academy of Cuisine: the program of the event in Pesaro
Appointment in the Great Hall of the Santa Maria Hotel Institute in Pesaro with a celebratory conference entitled “Cooking between tradition and innovation: heritage of values and culture”. The list of greetings and speeches is extensive, followed by a convivial dinner based on dishes prepared with traditional recipes from the Marche region organized by the “Santa Marta” Hotel Institute.
