“Our attack is the strongest in Serie C”

Long interview with Michele Pazienza, in the columns of the Avellino edition of the newspaper Il Mattino. The green and white coach retraced his first months at the helm of the team: “Perinetti was clear in everything right from the start, the declared objective was always to arrive among the top places. We went through difficult moments, the heaviest in Potenza, with the dispute after twenty minutes of the match. There I had the feeling that something was wrong, I analyzed the situation but I couldn’t stop. I owed it first and foremost to myself. In January we made choices that took time to give their results fruits. Second place wasn’t a given, now we’ll face the playoffs with our people at our side and it can be a good advantage.” Pazienza believes they have the best attack in Serie C: “They are the strongest, not only for the goals scored but also for the attitude shown. An example above all is Marconi, who is always there in training and on the pitch. Having having strong forwards at my disposal helped me in the rotations, even if sometimes I exaggerated and I have no shame in saying that I apologized to those directly involved.”
