This morning, May 9th, the decision of the Como police commissioner Marco Calì was made effective, who for reasons of public safety decided to issue a provision suspending the activity of the license of the F.lli Matubber gastronomy bar in via Anzani in Como for 20 days. The measure arose from an intense activity of targeted checks which saw the police take action in the area also due to the numerous reports from exasperated residents.

It was ascertained that on several occasions the bar was frequented by people with criminal prejudices or with prevention measures and that on several occasions serious events occurred in its vicinity, which jeopardized public safety. But that is not all. In previous checks involving the state police, carabinieri, financial police, local police, labor inspectorate and ATS, administrative irregularities had been detected which had already allowed part of the bar’s activity to be closed.
