The investigations conducted by the Carabinieri of Ercolano, relating to a theft occurred on February 19, 2024 in the Giampaglia-Iaccarino school in Ercolano, allowed the acquisition serious indications of guilt against GS. which, despite him being under the regime of House arrest at his home for another reason, after having entered the school at night, after breaking into some access doors, was responsible for the theft of various PCs and other IT tools; serious indications of guilt were also acquired against MYSELFheld responsible for receipt of one of these PCs.
The Carabinieri of Herculaneum they had recovered much of the stolen property found at the homes of the two suspects, returning it to the director of the school.
The precautionary measure was also issued against GS for another crime: the Herculaneum Carabinieri found that the subjectdespite being in the House arrest for another reason, was responsible, on 22 February 2024, for the theft of the sum of 550 euros and various materials at a gym in Herculaneum.
