PAOLA (COSENZA) – Attempted murder during the night in Paola, where a woman probably stabbed a man at the end of an argument, hitting him in different parts of the body, such as the abdomen, neck and arms. Immediately after the report, investigations began by the Carabinieri of the local company who traced back to Silvia Santos Maria Do Soccorso, 39 years old, of Brazilian origin who lives on the Tyrrhenian coast of Cosenza and who is now under investigation for attempted murder.
The victim wounded by stabbing is Francesco Di Santo, 53 years old, originally from Fiumefreddo Bruzio, but resident in Paola, owner of an agricultural company. The matter remains to be clarified and the military’s investigations continue unabated. From what has been learned, Francesco Di Santo is currently hospitalized, in intensive care and with a reserved prognosis, at the Annunziata hospital in Cosenza, where he was transported under code red. The investigations immediately led to the woman of Brazilian origin who will now have to clarify what happened. The apartment where the argument and then the stabbing took place is in the Tina district in the municipality of Paola.
