PISTOIA. Financial crimes ranging from fraudulent bankruptcy to false invoicing and the request for judicial liquidation (read, bankruptcy petition) of the company. Here is the worst scenario that the liquidator who will come into service in a week will find. Then you will have to imagine a restart.
The situation
The registration of a new club affiliated to the FIGC, regulation in hand, would lead to the Third Category, net of an unprecedented benevolent act to start a little lower down (First Category or Promotion, but no one can give certainties regardless). To avoid this drift, there has been more or less veiled talk of the transfer of the Aglianese freshman to Pistoia which would allow him to start again from the D with the same name. The sentence

It is known that the last installment of 100 thousand was to be paid to the club in Via dello Stadio on 1 July. Who will it go to now considering the Pistoiese situation and the Caf ruling? Will they become available to the curator or will it be incorporated by the Federation? An almost “school” case which the liquidator is called upon to try his hand at. Will he appeal to the Sport Guarantee Board to contest the Caf’s decision or will the debt increase? The time to appeal (30 days from the sentence) is running out.
