Great steps forward for the care and treatment of Alzheimer’s thanks to research carried out in Cinisello Balsamo and in particular at the RSA Residenze del Sole. Research whose results will be exhibited at the Non Self-sufficiency Forum scheduled for May 15th at the Quark Hotel from Milan.
An important event for the world of RSAs, care and support of the elderly and frail people. Precisely on that occasion Le Residenze del Sole will present the results of the research conducted together with the Federico II University of Naples on the experimentation of “doll therapy”, conducted in the Alzheimer’s unit.
It is a special doll that interacts with patients, stimulating their attention and emotions and which, precisely for these reasons, has had positive effects in the treatment of the disease. Effects that research has collected and systematized.
