These are days of deep cleaning for the owners of the kiosk bar in the public gardens in Viale alla Vittoria, closed by order of the Asti Police Headquarters.
It all started from a control activity organized by the administrative team of the Police Headquarters in collaboration with the Food and Nutrition Hygiene service of Asti directed by Dr. Renza Berruti.
This is an initiative that also falls within the scope of prevention and repression of illegality because it is based on monitoring, especially in the city of Asti (but checks were also carried out in the province) of compliance with the all-round administrative regularity of public establishments.
The check carried out in recent days led to the immediate closure of the kiosk due to the serious hygienic and health conditions it was in and the reopening will only be allowed when the manager takes all the necessary steps to comply with the health safety regulations.
During the checks carried out that day, an illegal foreign citizen was also found for whom expulsion measures were adopted.
