“Saturday 25 May at the Auditorium of the International Ceramics Museum (Viale Baccarini, 19, Faenza) entitled: “From alarm to reconstruction: communicating the emergency. Faenza, one year after the flood”.

The objective of the event is to reflect on the challenges of communication in emergency situations, such as the one we experienced firsthand in May 2023, when Faenza was deeply affected by two floods. During the morning, expert speakers in the sector will address topics such as debunking, emergency psychology and the use of digital channels and printed paper.

The conference is aimed at all citizens, but in particular at those who deal with informing, networking and communicating on a daily basis. We believe that the event can be a source of enrichment of one’s skills, as well as providing ideas and practical tools useful in emergency situations.

In the hope of meeting you on this occasion, I invite you to confirm your participation at [email protected] by 20 May 2024 and disseminate it through your channels, also forwarding this invitation to anyone who may be interested in participating.”

Mayor of Faenza
